How My Skin Stays Looking So Young

I am always asked how I stay looking so young. Almost no one believes that I am over 100 years old. Rest, exercise and a good diet are all huge contributors, but taking care of your skin is sometimes overlooked.

UsanaLogo Today, in conduction with USANA Health Sciences, I am launching on online store where you can buy some of the pure botanical skin products I like to use.

Click here to be taken directly to the online store.

You can also click here, to read a bit more about USANA. Thanks, as always, for your support and good wishes.

Another year, another birthday

It’s been a very busy year for me with speaking engagements, travel and work on the new book. On August 17, 2012 I had my 111th birthday, and a huge party to commemorate it.

My granddaughter wrote this wonderful recap of the party, which you can read here: http://bit.ly/Ow1UQ0

Thanks to all who came out and all of you who called, sent emails or posted on the facebook page. It made this birthday one the most memorable ones yet. And I’ve had a lot of them.

New York appearance in January 2012

First, I would like to wish everyone a Happy 2012 and all the best for the coming year. As I move into my 111th year of life, I still feel great and am grateful for my good health which allows me to stay active both physically and mentally.

Many of you came to see an appearance I did last winter in New York, but a lot of you did not find out until after the fact. Hopefully, this post will reach those of you on the East coast in plenty of time.

On January 21 from 5pm-8pm, I will be talking about my secrets to longevity at Coral Hall in Brooklyn. Click here for all the information including location and tickets.

Please share this information with as many of your friends and family as you think might benefit, and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Happy New Year and I look forward to seeing you later this month.

Beware of fraud

It has come to my attention recently that there are a few rogue websites out there claiming to be “official” sites that use my name and likeness. Some of them are even asking you for money for newsletters, videos, subscriptions and books.

THIS AND OUR FACEBOOK PAGE (http://www.facebook.com/BernandoLaPallo) ARE THE ONLY OFFICIALLY  AUTHORIZED INTERNET OUTPOSTS FOR BERNANDO LAPALLO AND AGE LESS, LIVE MORE.

All others are fake and are trying to capitalize on my history.

Unfortunately, the Internet can be a place where people take advantage of others and intellectual property laws can be flouted. I apologize if any of you have had a bad experience with any of these phony websites. Please know that we are taking all necessary legal steps to have these sites shut down, but please help me spread the word.

Thank you for all your support, and I apologize again if anyone has been harmed by these other sites.

Book signing and meet and greet

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday. I am on the East Coast spending the holidays with friends and family and digging myself out from this record breaking blizzard. I don’t miss these East Coast winters, I can promise you that!

On January 4, from 6pm-10pm, I will be doing a personal appearance and book signing in Brooklyn, NY. Space is limited, so please RSVP on my facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/BernandoLaPallo If you’re not yet a fan, please become one. It’s a great way to keep track of updates, events and other appearances.

Here’s wishing everyone a happy and, above all, HEALTY New Year.

Happy birthday to me

August 17 is my 109th birthday. I want to thank all of you for making this past year one of the most enjoyable in recent memory.

I’m still traveling, still speaking in public, working on my second book and still drinking my Superfood every morning. I have no plans to slow down, so stay tuned for what’s next.

I don’t have any big plans to celebrate today, but I am grateful for another year with good friends and my loving family.

Happy birthday to me!
